The Kundalini Experience

In Wikipedia, among other things, is written: Sri Ramana Maharshi maintained that the Kundalini energy is nothing but the natural energy of the Self, where Self is the universal consciousness (Paramatma) present in every being, and that the individual mind of thoughts cloaks this natural energy from unadulterated expression. Advaita teaches that Self-realization, enlightenment, God-consciousness, nirvana and Kundalini awakening are all the same thing, and self-inquiry meditation is considered a very natural and simple means of reaching this goal.

Well, I still don’t know much about it and still have no desire to study it. Once’s again, I’m no Indian, this time Indian from India. All I know is that this thing can change your life!

I read a  blog about a guy who had that experience. As he thought that he was going crazy, he went to a psychiatrist. He had some 20 sessions until the psychiatrist told him that there was no known disease to his symptoms!

The funny thing is that I too thought that I was going crazy. It took me a couple of months to finally meet someone who could explain the event. Before that, I had no-one to talk to. How can anyone understand the unexplainable?

This energy, for me, was one of the most wonderful unconditional Love. Some Love coming from another dimension. Love that came from people as well as nature. Light, pure light, emanating from everywhere. Synchronicity with All Of It. Bliss, pure bliss.

Just like this other guy, I didn’t know anything about it. It just happened. No classes, no books, no nothing. And Bang! This thing comes and you don’t know what’s going on. Society in the western world doesn’t prepare you for this thing. At least, I can’t remember learning about it at school!

If it ever happens to you, now or in the future, please know that it’s ok. You are not crazy. Enjoy the process and savour every bit of it, knowing that you are just connected with it All. It will change your life, no doubt!
